As you may have noticed, Im pretty impressed when it comes to photography. Real photography, artistic, artsy. Not the computer-enhanced kind (not the airbrush-tool kind). And as such, you may also recall a special series of photographs taken by Solve Sundsbo a while back under the title Invitation a la danse. Now Im taking my hat off to Solve Sundsbo once more: The Girl from Atlantis is downright amazing! Part of Vogue Nippons May 2010 edition, this pictorial could just as well be one of the best interpretations of McQueens alien-ish collection.
